Can anyone else use my key?
That depends on the type of key you’ve bought!
Most keys are transferable, apart from those with a photo ID – these can only be used by the owner.
If you have purchased an 18 & Under' ticket, then your key is transferable so long as the recipient fits the same criteria. It is the users responsibility to ensure they are carrying the correct ID.
With other multi-trip products, you can:
- Lend it to anyone else when you’re not using it.
- Travel together with an unlimited number of companions.*
- Simply swipe the key once for each person travelling.
With other time-based products you can:
- Lend it to anyone else when you’re not using it.
- However, you cannot use it to travel with a companion.
*Please note, if you have a multi-trip key for the airline, then the total number of travellers is limited to 4. On all other services, the number of travellers using one key is limited only by the number of trips available on your key.
