Customers who have already provided an email address - READ this section
If you have already provided us with your e-mail address your account is ready for use. In order to gain access you will need to generate a password. Follow the simple steps below to do this:
Step 1. Enter your email address below and click the 'send password' button:
Just submit your email address below and we'll send you an email containing your new password.
Step 2. Retrieve your e-mailed password from your e-mail account.
Step 3. Click home and enter your e-mail address and password to login to your account, where you can top up and purchase new products online.
In the event that you do not receive a password to your email account, please follow the below section and a customer representative will be able to assist and check your personal details.
Customers who have NOT provided an email address - READ this section
If you have NOT provided us with your email address, you need to do so by contacting our dedicated key inbox:
Please provide your name, key card number, first line of your postal address, second most recent journey details (ie. stop name, service, direction and date and time) and date of birth to confirm your identity. Once you have provided your e-mail address you will be able to follow the above steps to log in to your account, where you can to top up and purchase new products online.
